Once delivered to the carrier, the package is the responsibility of the carrier. If the address provided is correct, contact the carrier yourself.

Step 1: Wash and dry your hands and nails.
Step 2: File nails to proper length with a file. Use a round stick to push cuticles back.
Step 3 Gently rub the top of the nail bed with a nail polish.
Step 4 Using a mini buffer, gently buff the top of the nail bed to remove any shine from the nail.
Step 5 Apply nails. Place the fake nail directly on top of the nail, completely covering the nail bed, then press firmly and shine the UV lamp on the nail for 2-3 minutes.
Repeat for all nails.

Yes, Depending on how long you've been wearing it and whether it's still intact when you remove it.

If you are going to reuse your snap, make sure that your snap is clean and free of any gummy residue after the last time you removed it. And stored in an acrylic dust box.

The length of wear can be affected by many factors, and typically the use of solid adhesive will keep the nails on for approximately 7-21 days. Make sure you follow the instructions to extend the life of your nails. The good thing about press-on manicures is that you can reapply them on the nail bed. If you are going to reapply, make sure you remove all glue from the press-on nail and prep the nail bed before reapplying.
